Marimbus and Roncador river - Chapada Diamantina

One day tour combining routes traveled by car, boat and walking.

Total travel by car/boat: 56 km     -  Total walk: 5 km
Leaving Lençóis by car, from 08:15 am and return around 5:00 pm


Marimbus: 40 minutes by car to the village of Remanso (Village of slave's descendants) walk about 15 minutes until river and go by boat about 1h30min  watching birds and the vegetation (this area is called  a small pantanal). After the boat, walk about 30 minutes to the Roncador river, for a nice bath in numerous pools with small falls.
